The 10-sided Dice System

10-sided dices are often used in rules system, because they offer the greatest  amplitude of gaming.  They can be used indeed in rules systems on base 10 or base 100. We will criticize herre the base 10 systems frequently used in success rules systems.

Our Opinion

Advantages :

10-sided dices systems offers a greater amplitude than 6-sided systems. He also prevents us from "Power Gamers" because most of the systems which use success throw and 10-sided dices limit the maximum number of dices.

Disadvantages :

The main problem is that with the systems which uses success throw and 10-sided dices, Player don't really feel the progress of their characters. Probability uniformizes indeed the results of throws and the most dices you have the most average the results are.
