Hi Gentlemen, in the middle of looking at your site, which I like very much.  Just to say I like the artwork; I really agree with the comments on both ink and coloured pencil and have got some results, believe it or not, with crayon - though not RPG standard! Mostly however I like inks - you can paint figures beautifully with them too, because of the transparencies. My experience in playing Superheroes is limited to once in Marvel Superheroes as The Hulk - not very good casting, I'm tall, skinny and pink not green! You were born in 72, the year I joined the Army - yes, I am older than you. So's my daughter, born in 1969! Sorry! However we got into RPGs around the same time. I've been wargaming since the 60s but only began Roleplaying in the early 80s with AD&D and T&T.

I've looked at the art; not that my opinion matters, but it's great stuff. Don't get me wrong, I do have SOME criticism, (am I allowed? I'm not very good myself!) but very very good. The colour is fantastic, knocks your eye out. Altaramean for instance is fantastic. So is the demoniac Cephalircus Capripes (Hornhead?) I liked Charyscylla the fishman but his pose sucked, sorry, shouldn't he be swimming? Cyclop was good, so was Daimanthrope, I really liked those stripes! They must've taken ages to do. Commander Demon was beautifully light, was he in inks? I've tried figures in inks, particularly tattoos, they are HARD. Can I steal your Hobgoblin for Seamas O'Shaun, the Stoned Leprechaun, who is a Rifts character and the smallest Pothead in the known Universe?! Your Harpy is great, fantastique, as are the Kourophoenix and the Naga, and lastly I like the Saltans, been thinking of a winged monster. Thanks.,

Many websites bring guidelines on how to write RPGs, thats true, a begginer can get some good advices a round,
but often, someone who already have the guidelines dont have where to get advanced information nor have
people to discuss things most people find boring, rules, techs, Physics and such. it's easy to sketch a system, but hey!
They took 5 years writing Gurps, are you supposed to accept the sketches you did on few weeks?
Thats where Sheratan's domain enters! It was the first page that made sense to me, I was boring of reading things like : "to make good RPGs, just make good things". That's pointless, has no impact. At sheratan's I saw some nice descriptions of attributes used in tons of games and WHY they are used, there is even a discussion about the use of the dreadfull intelligence attribute... Is someone capable of acting someone with a supernatural Genious? Would not their perception of reality be different?
Skills, disciplines, dice mechanics, odds, probabilities and tons of reviews, and behind that, discussion the bonus and malus.

Thats what make, in my opinion the best Pratical RPG design site.
